Stop Abusive Family Environments Inc. (SAFE), is a non-profit organization of leaders, activist and survivors of domestic violence and sexual abuse. Our mission is to break the cycle of violence within the families and to bring awareness and preventative services to the community. SAFE staff assist and supports survivors of violence, and those threatened with homelessness through a social justice approach in domestic and sexual violence services, transitional housing, permanent housing and economic development. SAFE strives to create programs to create prevention, stability, and self-determination for individuals seeking empowerment and education. SAFE will work with all who support and share the underlying principles of dignity and mutual respect for all.
