Mission Statement

The mission and purpose of the Parent-Child Center is to provide confidential comprehensive services to victims of child abuse, sexual assault and domestic violence. Services include emergency safe shelter, food, transportation, financial aid and referrals to community assistance. The Center also provides community education about the issues and prevention of child abuse, sexual assault and domestic violence and about positive family living. The overall objectives of the Center are to stop all abuse through education and information, to care for victims of abuse and to empower them to make positive changes and regain control of their lives.
