Populations Served Notes

All services are offered to all adults. A minor trafficking victim can access confidential advocacy services, but cannot access shelter unless legally emancipated or is a mother. If a minor is seeking shelter, we would refer to Integral Youth Services, a task force partner.
Any trafficking experience would meet criteria for accessing services, there does not need to be an additional DV nexus to access services. Our shelter program is primarily offered to female-identifying clients and their children. For male-identifying clients seeking shelter, we will utilize a hotel option.

Our immigration services are limited- there is no immigration legal assistance in Klamath county, although we are able to provide referral and transportation. Nationality will not disqualify clients from other services.

Visas Served

H-2B Visa Holders - Forestry; A-3 Visa Holders; H-2A Visa Holders; H-2B Visa Holders; G-5 Visa Holders; J-1 Visa Holders

Geographic Service Area

We are the sole shelter for both Klamath and Lake County. When possible, we accept referrals from out-of-county, but this capacity has been limited by COVID precautions.
