Victims of both sex and labor trafficking regardless of immigration status, age, gender identity, gender expression, and sexual orientation. For foreign-born individuals who are ORR eligible, the organization can provide services outside of the Anti-Trafficking in Persons Program.

The Anti-Trafficking in Person program, through implementation of a trauma-informed, victim-centered, and human rights-based approach, aims to address the individualized needs of all survivors of human trafficking.
