Populations Served Notes

We consider commercial sexual exploitation as a legitimate criterion for service eligibility, regardless of the involvement of a "formal" partner, pimp, or trafficker who demanded the woman engage in sex for money/drugs/other payment . However, the woman must agree to stop all commercial sexual activity and verbalize a commitment to wanting to leave that life style. On occasion, we have considered some applicants who were victims of labor trafficking as being eligible for our services. These labor trafficking cases often included forms of sexual abuse/maltreatment as part of their labor "duties".
