To be enrolled in our program, survivors of trafficking must be:
A) Foreign national victim of a severe form of trafficking (as defined by the TVPA) without HHS Certification who is actively pursing obtainment of a T visa and/or Continued Presence
B) Dependent child of victim listed in A above
C) Foreign national victim who has received HHS certification
D) Dependent child of a victim who has received HHS certification
E) Family member in receipt of a derivative T visa as issued by DHS
F) Foreign national child under the age of 18 who has been subjected to a severe form of trafficking
G) Foreign national potential victim of a severe form of trafficking who is under 18 years of age and seeking an Eligibility Letter from DHS
