Share Your Story

Your story is powerful. When survivors share their experiences, people listen and things change. If you are interested in being part of that process, we’d love to hear from you.

The form below is entirely confidential. We are interested in whatever details or sections of the story you want to share, including but not limited to how you wound up in a trafficking situation, how learned about the Hotline, how you managed to break free from the trafficking situation, and anything in between. We’d also love to know how you are doing now!

Submitting this form does not imply consent for use of the information you provide. If you choose to share your story, you still have control over how and with whom it is shared beyond the limited number of Polaris staff who will have access to it. For more details on what happens after you submit your story please visit our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs). Additionally, please read our Confidentiality Policy for further details.

Please do not submit information about an ongoing case or current situation through this form.  If you are seeking assistance or want to discuss a case with the National Hotline, please contact us directly at 1-888-373-7888. If you are in immediate danger, please call 911.

Important Notice

Compass Connections is honored to assume operations of the National Human Trafficking Hotline. We are working closely with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and Polaris to ensure a smooth and coordinated transition. To ensure there are no lapses in services, the handoff of the Hotline communication channels including SMS, chat, and the toll-free number is being conducted in a phased approach over the next month, with full operational transition anticipated in December.

During this transition period, our joint focus with HHS and Polaris remains on maintaining survivor safety, confidentiality, and continuous access to critical services. We appreciate the patience and support of the Hotline partners and stakeholders throughout this process. Once the transition is complete, Compass Connections will begin engaging with partners and stakeholders to strengthen collaboration and continue our shared commitment to supporting survivors and combating human trafficking.
