This fact sheet provides examples of adjudicated labor trafficking cases by industry in the United States. While not exhaustive, these case summaries highlight the variety of circumstances in which labor trafficking occurs along with the presence of force, fraud, or coercion, whether they were pursued criminally or civilly, and case outcomes.
