TVAP Eligibility:
- Foreign national adult potential victim of a severe form of trafficking who is seeking a Certification Letter from HHS and actively pursuing T nonimmigrant status and/or Continued Presence (CP)
- A foreign national potential victim of a severe form of trafficking who is under 18 years of age (minor) and is seeking an Eligibility Letter from HHS
- A foreign national victim of a severe form of trafficking who has already received HHS Certification
- A foreign national under 18 years of age (minor) who has been subjected to a severe form of trafficking
