Ayuda is the only non-profit provider in the DC metro area that provides a wide range of immigration and family law assistance, as well as social services support, for all immigrants - including men, women and children - from anywhere in the world. This comprehensive and open approach gives all immigrants a single resource to go to. Our specialized services for immigrant children and for immigrant victims of domestic violence, sexual assault and human trafficking are truly unique in the area.

Mission Statement

At Ayuda, we envision a community where all immigrants overcome obstacles in order to succeed and thrive in the United States. We realize our vision by advocating for low-income immigrants through direct legal, social and language services, training and outreach in the Washington DC metropolitan area. All of our direct services staff is fluent in Spanish and some have additional language skills. We regularly work with qualified interpreters to serve clients who speak other languages.
