Mission Statement

HART strives to create a safe space where youth are provided options in a nonjudgmental way in the hopes that they can lead the lives they desire and heal in the ways they define for themselves. HART views human trafficking as a symptom of larger vulnerabilities and other systemic root causes and works to address how these dynamics play out in young people's lives.
