The Battered Immigrant Project (BIP) provides free, comprehensive, and culturally appropriate legal services to survivors of human trafficking needing assistance with immigration. The BIP represents qualifying applicants from any county in North Carolina in immigration-related matters (including T visas for victims of human trafficking). We can also assist with expunctions, protective orders, and other civil legal matters arising from the trafficking.
