Serve male and female victims of both labor and sex trafficking of all ages through community-based services; Emergency Receiving Center is limited to providing temporary (up to 2 weeks) shelter for individuals over the age of 18 whom identify as female and are escaping a trafficking situation. Phoenix House offers Transitional Housing (6-9 months) for individuals over 18 identifying as female
