North Star serves survivors of sex trafficking or commercial sexual exploitation, who are U.S. citizens or foreign nationals able to communicate in English.
Please know that North Star is resourced to provide services for a participant who meets the following criteria:
Is between the ages of 18-55 at the time of applying
Has been clean and sober at least 30 days (at the time of intake)
Does not have dependent children who require placement
Is ambulatory
Is biologically female
Is not prescribed methadone
Is able to self-manage
biologically female, free of drugs and alcohol for at least 30 days, not a threat to herself or others, willing to do the hard work required to change her life.

North Star Initiative can accept referrals nationwide for female survivors. We assist with travel to our program.
