This two-day training for pro bono attorneys and legal providers is an in-depth overview of the legal issues faced by trafficking survivors. Topics include: an overview of the legal definition of trafficking, intake best practices, ethical issues, public benefits, victim witness advocacy, and more. Space is limited, and priority will be given to Georgia-based legal providers. Paralegals, BIA Accredited Representatives, and law students must be accompanied by supervising attorneys to register for the training.
